About University: Queen's has an excellent academic reputation. Recognised for its focus on employability and entrepreneurship skills, its graduates are in senior leadership positions in 80 of Northern Ireland's top 100 companies. The University offers a unique Degree Plus programme formally recognising skills acquired during extracurricular work. Students receive the award alongside their degree on graduation.

Bursaries: University bursaries – in 2015-16, full-time NI and GB undergraduate and PGCE students from families with a household income of less than £19,203 will receive a bursary of £380.

Queen's sporting bursaries – to help promising sporting stars compete at the highest level, while achieving their academic goals. Students receive a package worth up to £8,000, including a significant contribution towards fees, accommodation and international competition costs. In addition they will receive individual academic support and career advice, lifestyle management, a catering and nutritional budget, expert coaching and the very best in athlete support services. This is in addition to over 120 sports scholarships already available to Queen's students through its Rugby, GAA and Soccer Academies and its Ulster Bank Sports Bursary scheme

Accommodation: The Elms Village, a student accommodation complex, has been undergoing a £10m refurbishment. All rooms are single-occupancy study bedrooms, self-catered with shared kitchen facilities, and have internet access and WiFi. The average weekly costs in 2015-16 range from £91 for a standard room to £119 for an en-suite premium room inclusive of heating, electricity and internet.

UG: Standard XII would be as follows:
- 85% (comparable to AAB at A-Level)
- 80% (comparable to ABB at A-Level)
- 75% (comparable to BBB/BBC at A Level)

PG:  Entry to graduate diploma or taught masters programmes at Queen's University Belfast usually requires either a UK upper second-class (2:1) or a lower second-class (2:2) undergraduate degree.

IELTS Requirements: Applicants will normally need to demonstrate a level of English equivalent to 6.5 IELTS
