About University: The University of Brighton, with more than 21,000 students, is a thriving university with five campuses in Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings. All are by the sea and within easy reach of London, and have close transport links to Europe and beyond. Three of the campuses are in bustling Brighton. Eastbourne and Hastings, both fast-developing towns, house some of the university's most popular courses.

A £1,000 final year bursary for those studying architecture, pharmacy and undergraduate teacher training courses.

£1,000 per year for students under 25 who have been in local authority care for at least 13 weeks.

Accommodation: There are 1,500 places in halls of residence in Brighton, as well as 300 university-managed rooms in shared homes and a number of rooms in homestays. The average rent is £160 per week (one-bed flat) or £90–95 per person per week (shared house).

Admission Requirement*:

UG: We require a Higher Secondary School Certificate (at least 70% from Standard XII Examinations from CBSE/ICISE/and state boards – Gujurat, Karnataka, Maharastra, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal) or an acceptable international foundation year or equivalent.

PG: Minimum score of 60% in your first degree.

IELTS Requirements: An applicant can be considered to have met our English language entry requirements if he or she has consistently studied in the English language and obtained at least 80% in Higher Secondary Certificate / Standard XII English awarded by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) or the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
